step 1:
Click Start, Run then Type in CMD then press ok.
In the commands window type in DIR L:\ /b >L:\listfile.txt
In the commands window type in DIR L:\ /b >L:\listfile.txt
step 2:
Locate a file called listfile.txt in the computer, right click open with then Microsoft Excel
To customise the work book you can add a title and can change the size of the fonts you can also double click the borders to reshape it.
